The band released a new video for the single Jeffrey Smart (Silver City), featuring the urban landscape artworks of Jeffrey Smart himself, in celebration of opening their first show to an 800-crowd audience.
“We’re very blessed because the people who manage Jeffery Smart’s estate somehow had the track played to them,” band member Greg Patten said.
“They really loved it and gave us permission to use the high resolution digital images of his work for a film clip.”
The band will perform songs from The Revival Meeting album that is a multi-dimensional mural of modern Australia, and illustration of their geography and suburban identity.
“We’re excited to be back in Wagga for the show this weekend,” Mr Patten said.
“It will be the last show we perform before closing in Griffith, so we’re definitely going to enjoy our time performing on stage for everyone.”
