Ms Klemke, 20, will begin a three-year study program at the Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance in September.
Her application was one of just 50 successfully made to the school.
Ms Klemke, who is one of three successful Australian applicants, began ballet lessons at the age of three at Yvonne O’Connor School of Dance, and has dreamed of dancing in Europe
“It’s very exciting,” she said.
“Originally my goal was classical ballet, then I started doing some contemporary as well.
“The school is about 50-50, with classical ballet in the mornings and contemporary in the afternoons.”
