BILLABONG Crows will play on in their present form next season.

With 150 members having voted on their future, 87 per cent supported continuing in the Hume league.

Club president Bruce Owen said the response was clear.

“Our members have voted with their hands and now they need to vote with their feet and support the club,” Owen said.

“That’s what it comes down to.”

While Billabong Crows are a force on the netball court, the football side of the club has been battling with poor numbers and little success.

They are presently without an under-17 side and are yet to win a match in the senior and reserve grades.

Crows playing coach Al Austin is presently weighing up his future at the helm for next season.

Meanwhile, an alignment between CDHBU and Corowa-Rutherglen remains in the balance with discussions continuing.
