Curtis was charged with intentionally striking Blues player Tom Morton in the second quarter.
The impact was graded low but with the contact high he’s facing two weeks, which will be reduced to one with an early plea.
He was also charged with striking Morton in the third quarter of the clash.
The strike was graded intentional, the impact low and to the body but he can escape with a reprimand by taking an early guilty plea.
