CWA members from across the Riverina group gathered on Friday to celebrate the Coolamon milestone, which officially falls on Sunday.
“Really, not that much has changed. We are still working for the well-being of country women and children and supporting our group and state activities,” long-time member June McKelvie said.
To celebrate the anniversary, Mrs McKelvie and fellow member Adaline Proctor cut a cake.
Currently, the branch has 14 members. Mrs McKelvie has been one since 1970, with Mrs Proctor joining around the same time.
