Police allege the juvenile offenders, aged between 10 and 15, were stopped and found to be in possession of stolen goods.
It comes as part of a crackdown on theft from retail stores, spearheaded by the Local Area Command.
On Friday, a mysterious thief was also caught red handed, stuffing a tray of meat down his pants.
Officers have encouraged shop keepers to install CCTV and be vigilant.
