The pair will represent Wagga RSL in Chef’s Table, battling it out with some seriously talented chefs.
Mr Ng is a pastry pro. The set dessert has chocolate and gelatin elements.
He said being “calm and organised” is key.
Ms Glass says you can’t have any self-doubt, but “the pressure’s on.”
“We’re nervous and excited at the same time,” said Mr Ng.
The team will head to Sydney for the competition on June 27 and 28.
Executive chef Matthew Oates has faith in their ability.
“It will be an amazing learning experience, to come together with so many chefs and talk technique,” he said.
