Lomax will play in the curtain-raiser to the State Of Origin next week as the Blues look to take out the series.
The 17-year-old has been selected in Brad Fittler’s team to take on the Queensland under 18s at ANZ Stadium.
Lomax was also part of NSW’s under 18s team who scored a dominant win last season.
The centre opened the scoring try during the 26-0 win at Suncorp Stadium.
He also scored again later and kicked the only goal in the clash.
Lomax was also part of the Australian Schoolboys set up last season and is currently in his first season with the Dragons National Youth Competition team.
He came through the ranks as part of Illawarra’s SG Ball team and is contracted with the Dragons until the end of the 2019 season.
He’s played 13 games for the Dragons under 20s this season, scoring three tries.
