Wagga Business Chamber manager Anabel Williams said the gala event would be “a 100 per cent local affair”.
“Our team are all going to the Style Bar for pre-Crow pampering, then we’ll eat local produce sourced by CNL catering and drinking Borambola Tuckerbox wines and beer while Meredith and the Con Men and Dane Simpson perform,” Mrs Williams said.
“Small Business Minister and Riverina MP Michael McCormack will present awards and Kapooka commandant Mick Garraway is the keynote speaker.”
“Stella and Bruce Events and Jaegers Event Hire are styling Wagga RSL for the night, there will be bespoke cookies handmade by Dough Re Mi; WGA TV, SoundFits and Michael Frogley are handling all things audio visual, we have secured Dane Simpson before he goes on tour and Chambers Whyte are printing a first-class program.”
Alana Higgins from the Style Bar said her team were “pretty stoked” to not only be finalists, but also booked out for the event.
“We’ve only been open for eight months and to get all this support is pretty fantastic,” she said.
