Both players were handed three-game suspensions at the AFL Riverina independent tribunal that were overturned on appeal last Friday night.
McCabe was originally suspended for three games after being found guilty of intentionally or carelessly making unreasonable or unnecessary contact to the face of Coleambally’s Aiden McAdam.
On appeal, he was found not guilty. Unfortunately for McCabe and Barellan, he already missed the Two Blues’ close loss to CSU.
McCabe is free to play East Wagga-Kooringal on Saturday.
Skow was originally suspended for three games after being found guilty of striking Northern Jets’ Chris Bell.
On appeal, Skow was found guilty but had the charge downgraded. With an additional one-game off for his good record, it resulted in a one-week suspension.
Skow is now free to face Marrar on Saturday.
