The right to farm
The Right to Farm Survey being undertaken by the NSW Government highlights the fact that farmers need to be able to undertake legitimate agricultural practices without interference and conflict from the urban fringe.

With the urban sprawl encroaching onto prime agricultural land, concern is being raised about the threat to agriculture and the production of food. Rail Trail NSW has a lack of respect and a lack of understanding for the agricultural communities along the Wagga, Tumbarumba, Gundagai and Tumut disused lines.
Rail Trails NSW chooses to ignore the impact on farm efficiency, productivity and capital value and has plans for 14 rail trails across NSW. There is a legal and moral obligation for compensation to affected landholders, Rail Trails NSW also chooses to ignore this.
No urban business would tolerate cyclists or the public walking through the centre of their business premises unannounced, 24/7, 365 days a year. Yet agricultural businesses are expected to adjust.
Rail trails will be a key driver of conflict and confrontation between councils, cyclists and landholders. The Right to Farm Survey documents the fact that urban dwellers have a lack of understanding of agricultural practices.
The recreational pursuit of a small group of cyclists does not justify the public expense, the loss of production to agriculture and the cost of the mental health effects on the landholders. Integrated cycle networks should be around regional towns not through prime agricultural land.

Proper punishment needed
I suppose I will be ostracised by the do-gooders in our society. To bring back corporal punishment to those coward underage thugs that go around torching cars, breaking and entering, bashing and vandalism etc.
A couple of bashings with a whip and put in stocks in the CBD, they might think again about doing it again. It seems that all council and rehabilitation seems to have no effect on these creatures. On the worse case scenario they are incarcerated into a roof over their heads, three meals a day, swimming pool etc. Its no wonder they go out and commit these same crimes again, just so they can be incarcerated again, so to those do-gooders, how would you like your care or home to be torched by these thugs?

Parking stoush
Yes, I agree that disabled parking should be looked favourably upon but on the other hand, WWCC should be policing these parks more frequently as I see on so many occasions people without disability stickers parking in these spots. Just plain lazy.

Is there anything left?
Last night while I waited in the supermarket queue, my impatience grew as my stomach growled in hunger. I felt annoyed as I looked down at the food in my trolley, because I wanted to be at home cooking my dinner rather than waiting to be served. As my stomach continued growling in hunger, I tried to stop myself feeling annoyed by thinking about the people suffering hunger pains in Africa.
With 20 million people currently facing a famine and starvation crisis, the hungry growling stomachs would be deafening across Eastern African at the moment. The $303 million Mr Turnbull heartlessly cut from the AusAid Budget last week could have gone a long way preventing one of the worst humanitarian catastrophes from engulfing Africa.
Please don't cut another $303 million from the AusAid budget, because it can help quieten the growling stomachs which are deafening Eastern Africa.
