As the story goes, Eve was banished from the garden of Eden for eating a forbidden apple.

But the small town of Batlow will welcome you with open arms for its annual Cider Fest.

Revellers can savour Batlow's unique, home-grown range of boutique ciders and compare them with a range of regional ciders, local craft brews and cold climate wines.

The festivities get under way from 10am to 4pm on Saturday. Entry is $5 for adults – children under 18 are free.
