SATURDAY, MAY 20 

8am: TARCUTTA MEMORIAL HALL COMMITTEE MARKETS on the third Saturday of the month at Memorial Hall, Tarcutta. There will be a large range of stalls, barbecue lunch, sandwiches, a cake stand, tea, coffee and drinks available. Current and new stallholders welcome.

9am: WAGGA DEMONSTRATION GARDEN is open on Shaw Street until noon. Organic vegetables such as kale, silverbeet, rhubarb, lettuce, bok choy, herbs and more. There is also a veggie buy/swap. Contact Kerri 0429 386 429. 

10am: RAAF WAGGA HERITAGE CENTRE is open from until 4pm. The centre showcases the history of the RAAF and its significance to the Riverina. Admission is free. Volunteers welcome. Contact David Bridgfoot on 6937 5723. 

10am: TOY LIBRARY WAGGA is open from 10am to 1pm  in the children's section of the Wagga library. Family membership is $30 (for 13 months) and $2 a toy for one month, four items at a time. Contact 6971 9722. 

11am: Wagga Railway Station Museum, open until 2pm. On display historic photos, working equipment and numerous railway artifacts. Clubs and groups by arrangement. Admission $2. Contact Rob 0401 763 211. 

1pm: WAGGA WAGGA SAILING CLUB. Come try sailing and racing with own boat or as crew or try one of the club's boats if experienced already. Learn to sail. Contact Geoff 0481 103 351. 

1pm: WAGGA RIVERINA LAPIDARY CLUB INC at 7 Small Street, Wagga invites you to drop into the clubroom during a session and see what they do and how they do it until 5pm. Friday activities are wire-wrapping and silversmithing. Contact Cheryl Lynch on 6933 1112.

1pm: Rock and roll and classic gold music to dance or listen to with the TAKE 4 BAND plus Deju Vu until 4pm at Mount Austin Primary School Hall. $5 entry includes afternoon tea. Proceeds to Compassion Children’s Fund. Contact 6926 4901.
