Out of those tests, 88 people have been charged with drink driving.
Operation Go Slow commenced on April 21 and finishes on April 25 at 11.59pm.
The operation is targeting speeding, mobile phone use, alcohol and drug-affected drivers, fatigue and seatbelt use.
Motorists are also warned that 40km/h school zones are back in operation from April 24.
