With Aaron Bell injured and Aaron Wynne on an overseas holiday, Price received the call up to tackle Tumut at Equex Centre.
Coming off a big loss to Albury, captain-coach Ben Black has his sights set on bring up the first win of the season.
“Two points is all we are after this week,” Black said.
“Tumut are going to be easybeats but being at home hopefully we will be ready to go.”
Black believes taking control of the ruck will be the key to taking down the Blues outfit who are two from two to start the season under new coach Jarrad Teka.
“If we win that ruck I think we will go close to winning the game,” he said.
“We have to concentrate on our defence as we have enough strike power out wide to attack and score tries.”
Joe Leggatt has come off the bench and will start in the centres.
