Cat yoga is being introduced at Wagga Pole Studio as a way of getting fit, having fun and putting people at ease.
“A lot of people want to try yoga but they are too worried what they look like,” owner/operator Jen Spinner said.
“But if you put cats in the room, it takes the pressure off to perform.”
Best Friends Pet Rescue supplies cats, with the hopes it will help boost the number of pets adopted, or participants are encouraged to bring their own.
Cat yoga is held at the studio at 5/26 The Esplanade from 7.15pm every Wednesday.
Registrations can be made via Mrs Spinner on 0437 596 308 or online at www.waggapolestudio.com.
