The club was supposed to race on Saturday, but there were no ambulances services booked in to attend the meeting.
Horses, trainers and drivers were on track and ready to start the program when the issue was discovered.
Harness Racing NSW transferred the meeting to Monday to ensure the heats were Sunday’s Carnival Of Cups meeting can be run.
The first race of eight races is still set down for 12.30pm.
Meanwhile, Molly Kelly got off to the perfect start for her new stable.
The two-year-old filly took out a heat of the Australia Pacing Gold series at Melton on Thursday night.
The full-sister to Frith won on debut at Wagga for Bernie Kelly before being transferred to Victorian trainer Emma Stewart.
She won in a mile rate of 1:58.3 while David Druitt’s Saucy Dreams finished third in the race.
