According to the Wagga Outdoor Adventure Expo director Jeff Leech, young families will also flock to the event to ensure they could experience the great outdoors in style.
“A lot of younger families will look to start out with a camper and progress through to a caravan (as they get older),” Mr Leech said.
“Then they can travel all around Australia on holidays without having to pay for airfares.”
Now in its 10th year, the show’s focus is very much on everything outdoors – from fishing to a place to lay your head at night.
The expo is on Friday and Saturday from 10am to 5pm, and Sunday from 10am to 4pm. Cost to enter is $15 for adults, concession $12, and children under 16 free.
