Passengers will be able to take an early morning flight to Wagga on Tuesdays, leaving Brisbane at 5.55am and arriving at 7.45am, before a return flight at 9am.
On Saturdays, the schedule is a little more leisurely with flights departing Brisbane at 9.30am and Wagga at 11.50am.
Regional airline mogul and Jetgo managing director Paul Bredereck said he always intended to gradually increase the number of flights as passenger numbers grew.
About 600 people used the direct Wagga to Brisbane service in its first month.
