Police hunt for inmate who went missing from a Tumbarumba correctional facility

POLICE are hunting for an inmate who went missing from a Tumbarumba correctional facility on Friday. 

Aaron Phillip Watson, 24, was last seen at the prison farm about 6pm before he was reported missing to police early on Saturday morning. 

It is unknown whether the man is considered dangerous. 

He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 180cm tall, 72kg, with a thin build, short blonde hair and blue eyes. 

Before his disappearance, Watson was seen wearing prison greens.
