ALL OUT: Year 12 students Robert Allen, Laura Pocius, Ben Murray, Joss Heap, Lili Blackett and Charlie O'Mahoney dress up for their final athletics carnival on Thursday.

Standout at The Riverina Anglican College athletics carnival, Biola Dawa, broke 100m and 200m records and smashed the long jump record at Jubilee Park on Thursday.

The senior girl’s age champion also won 400m and 800m track events and came second in the 1500m race.

Sprinter Godfrey O’Kenenyang also shaved the 15 year’s 100m record down to 11.1 seconds.

National long-distance runner Hamish Hart excelled in the 1500m race.

It was as much a sporting event as a social event for students and Year 12’s dressed up.

“It’s a day of rivalry and camaraderie between kids.

“They come off the track, and they’re all mates.”
