“It’s usually touch and go between Wagga and Dubbo,” organiser Timothy Bacon said.
“We were really pleased we got the home ground advantage, that helped us come out on top.”
Wagga’s Jones Russell, 8, broke the 50m freestyle and 50m backstroke records and Lauren Morris, 17, broke the 50m butterfly and 200m freestyle records.
Despite having a small contingent of kids, Deniliquin and Narromine schools made the trip.
