Fruit and vegetable farmer and renowned grocery store owner Angelo Papasidero celebrated his 90th birthday this week.
The Leeton farmer has proven age is no barrier as he still works four-days in the shop and three-days on his Leeton farm.
Three generations of Papasidero have serviced the store on Forsyth St for almost four decades.
Robert Papasidero said supporting Riverina farmers and growing produce was “in the blood” and a passion he had passed to his own sons and daughter.
“We see dad working hard and we wouldn’t let him do it on his own,” Robert Papasidero said.
“We’ve all come into the business.”
