Training to be an instructor, the young Wagga woman said it was a great way to stay grounded while learning to cope with day-to-day stress and emotion.
A mental health advocate, Ms Powley is inviting others to join her through the week for free Kundilini yoga sessions – a style she said drew parallels with life.

Ms Powley encouraged anyone interested in joining the group to join the Kundalini Yoga Wagga Facebook group for further details.
