But the Wagga mother will have her own dramatic change as she prepares to shave her head on March 25 for World’s Greatest Shave.
Mrs Wruck has had four family members and friends diagnosed with different forms of cancer in the past two years.
“You feel a bit useless and there’s not much you can do,” she said.
“The final straw was when I had a friend diagnosed with cervical cancer.
“It feels good to be able to help in any little way.”
Money donated online goes to the Leukaemia Foundation while donations collected at the salon Heavenly Skin and Nails at Forest Hill will be donated to cervical and prostate cancer research.
