Ken Morley Smash Repairs has grown from, literally, a one man job into the enterprise it is today.
The business was started by Ken Morley in 1978 in a small workshop on Cadell Place. Equipment at the workshop was just a hoist and spray booth.
He drummed up business by approaching car yards for work and fixing up old cars.

After three years working on his own he put on his first apprentice, Terry Vearing, who still works at the business today.
In 1985 they moved to 11 Forge Street in East Wagga and December 2016 saw them move to a purpose-built facility at Houtman Street.
It’s safe to say the focus on customer service, producing high quality repairs and staff happiness and job satisfaction have contributed to the success.
