Nosworthy will lose players who have moved away, and he’s not sure who will commit again. He wants to recruit experienced players, and become a competitive force in the competition.
“I’m hoping to attract girls from other clubs who want a change of scenery,” he said.
“I want them to be more competitive, hopefully we can get a few wins, come a bit closer to the finals.”
Nosworthy worked as a sports trainer for the men’s 2016 premiership squad in the pre-season.
Women’s pre-season training starts at Rawlings Park at 10am on January 29.
