The registry in its current location at 49 Fitzmaurice Street will be closed next Thursday and Friday, December 15 and 16, to allow for the move.
Alternative services will be available through the NSW Courts and Tribunal service centre on 1300 679 272 and the NSW online registry at onlineregistry.lawlink.nsw.gov.au/content/.
The new registry will begin operating on Monday, December 19.
The courthouse redevelopment will be completed this month, said a spokesman for the Department of Justice.
The court registry has been operating in the old Wagga post office, just up the street from the courthouse, for many years.
