The long-time player, supporter and administrator passed away on Monday, aged 79.
Willis enjoyed a long and decorated career at Marrar before becoming heavily involved at Wagga Tigers through his sons.
Willis was president of Tigers for a year in 1983, while he also served a year as Riverina Football League president in 1993.
He is remembered as a popular, lovely man.
Willis is survived by his wife Jenny, sons Graham, Jeff, Ray, their wives and families.
A funeral service will be held at St Andrew’s Presbyterian Church in Wagga at 10.30am on Friday.
