Darren Coggan made his long-awaited return to the city during The Daily Advertiser sponsored free midday concert.
Perhaps the most attention-grabbing attraction at the event was the presence of a 25-foot tall inflatable duck, which captivated on-lookers.
Turvey Park’s Nicole Leigh, who brought her two children to the launch, said she was looking forward to her kids’ first New Year’s celebrations.

Wagga Live will be brought together by Committee 4 Wagga, McDonalds and Wagga City Council.
