NRL calling legend Ray Warren was in Junee this week as a part of the Warren Helping Hand program, an annual commitment to assist hard working community members.
This year’s recipients, the Junee Men’s Shed, were presented with $4000 to buy new tools.
The group has spent much of its time building kitchens for community groups throughout the year.
Mr Warren said he was delighted with the Warren Helping Hand Trust’s choice for this year’s recipient.
“The people at the Men’s Shed do lots of good things for the town and its people,” he said. “I only hope the grant assists them into the future.”
