A 55-year-old woman has been left shocked after an unknown man attempted to steal her vehicle at the weekend.

The woman was approached by a man, described as being aged 15 to 20 years old, as she was reversing out of a driveway at Young around 7.30pm on Saturday night.
Police say the male opened the driver’s side door and attempted to pull the woman out of her car, where a struggle ensued.
The male fell to the ground and the woman ran away taking her car keys with her.
Police from Cootamundra Local Area Command were notified of the incident and have started investigations.
They would like to speak with a male who may be able to assist with inquiries.
He is described in the e-fit image as being of Caucasian appearance, aged between 15 -20 years old, about 165cm tall, and clean shaven. He also has a tattoo on his right hand between his thumb and forefinger.
He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, board shorts and sneakers.
