The mare has been a real consistent performer, winning six races plus another five placings from 15 starts in Australia, but has been sold to Sydney interests.
Maguire is hopeful of one final win in the R H Blake Pace (1755m) before she joins Billy Muscat’s stable.
She has been given four trials in preparation for her race returning, winning her past four and the Leeton believes she is well prepared for the assignment.
“She has been trialling good and shouldn’t be far away,” Maguire said.
“She is going to Sydney after as we’ve sold her.”
Maguire also Chickies Boy engaged after a win and a second in his past two starts.
“He is going all right,” Maguire said.
“We gave him 10 days off (racing) and he is just coming back.”
Son Reece will drive both horses.
