It was found Jack failed to report behaviour that could have cause or is likely to cause a breach of the rules after receiving a text from owner Harvey Kaplan, who was banned over the incident.

Jack was fined $10,000, which has to be paid by 24 December.

If not paid he will be suspended for four months.
