They will challenge holders West Wyalong on December 18.
Leeton was initially left of challenge list, with the competition not to set to start until January.
Senior representative Wolves player Josh Carn was pleased the issue had been sorted.
“The O’Farrell Cup means a fair bit to Leeton,” he said.
“We’ve won it numerous times and held onto it for many games in a row.”
Leeton will be the first of seven challenges.
Griffith has the next challenge on January 8 while Holbrook has the rights to the last on February 19.
