Wagga magistrate Erin Kennedy issued a warrant for the arrest of Rebekah Le-Anne Brierfcliffe after the defendant did not front Wagga Local Court on Wednesday.
Crown solicitor, Lisa Hanshaw, told Ms Kennedy the police officer in charge of investigating the alleged armed robbery at Sturt Highway rest stop near Borambola on November 21 last year reported Briefcliffe had also been breaching her bail conditions.
Two co-accused – Ahmad El-Hajar and Lana Camilleri – have been committed to stand trial in the District Court in relation to the incident.
It is alleged two men were robbed of $3525 during a drug deal that turned sour, resulting in shots being fired at the pair.
