The brand new Hurst Homes display home at 10 Goonawarra Street in Estella Rise is a design masterpiece, perfectly blending form and function.
The community will get a chance to see for themselves at a grand opening of the display home between 11am and 3pm on Saturday, October 29.
From the landscaped gardens to the six-star energy rating, there is plenty for visitors to marvel over.
The grand opening will include a sausage sizzle and drinks, giveaways and alive broadcast by Star FM
Managing director of the multi-award winning company, Peter Hurst, said the display home showcased what clients could expect in their new home.
“We wanted to show people what we produce in our standard range,” Peter said.
“The home has a mix of standard and prestige fittings and fixtures.”

The “Aberdeen” design has a striking, modern rendered facade with the elegant 1200mm-wide pivot front door opening to a spacious hallway. A full study is off to one side with the master suite opposite.
This large bedroom features a resort-style ensuite with vanity, toilet and double walk-in shower, and a walk-in robe with full-length mirror and cabinet.
The three remaining bedrooms are also spacious with built-ins and there is a three-way central bathroom.
There are two open living areas featuring joinery and floating timber shelves. Other design touches include Laminex laser-cut display panels and LED strip lighting.
The kitchen has full Essastone benches and underbench sink to create clean lines, and Smeg appliances, including a 900mm free-standing cooker, speed oven and coffee machine.
A large walk-in butler’s pantry has direct internal access from the double garage.
A feature bulkhead defines the kitchen space with dining and a living area adjacent.
The open-plan space leads to the alfresco area via double-stacker doors that invite true indoor-outdoor living.
This space includes timber decking, a built-in kitchen, ceiling fan and Bluetooth speakers, and there is a paved outdoor area adjacent.
The block is 716.5 square metres and fully landscaped, including automatic sprinkler system.
The home’s energy rating is courtesy of double glazing and improved insulation in the walls and ceiling.
