James Andrew Belling, 20, of Tarcutta, pleaded guilty in Wagga Local Court on Wednesday to driving with a high-high prescribed concentration of alcohol just after 10pm on September 17.
Belling had more than four times the legal limit for fully-licensed drivers.
He will be sentenced on December 9
