Belinda Kosorok, 18, is one of the finalists on Foxtel’s Australia's Next Top Model.
Last week’s challenge at Cradle Mountain Lodge in Tasmania involved the girls modelling swimwear in freezing conditions.
“As a model you’re always shooting ahead of the season, so that means winter collections in summer and summer collections in winter,” they were told.
However, Miss Kosorok got light-headed and had pains in her legs before the photo shoot, which saw her sidelined at a critical point in the competition.
A doctor checked the Wagga girl out and found her heart rate was quite high and irregular, so Miss Kosorok was sent to hospital for a proper check-up.
Thankfully she was given the all-clear and the judges announced Miss Kosorok was exempt from judging.
“Your health is our first priority,” Jennifer Hawkins said.
Miss Kosorok said she was relieved.
