The Nathan Turnbull-trained gelding clocked a mile rate of 1:56.0 on his way to taking out the Success Stud Pace (1720m).
Working forward early to find the front, Express Pass ($1.30 fav) was able to dictate terms before going on to defeat Roarn ($4.00) by 3.1 metres.
The pair gapped their rivals with Mickilla Express ($10.10) a further 24.7 metres behind in third.
Running two quarters under 29 seconds, Express Pass equalled Audrey Maree’s mark set last season.
It was the four-year-old’s fourth win in six starts since joining Turnbull’s stable in August.
He was runner-up in the other two, including a narrow loss to Ima Mystery Girl in a $12,000 final at Bathurst.
Turnbull was one of four family members to taste success on the six-race card.
Father Steve trained Gentleman Red and Written In Red to victory, with brother Mitch and sister Amanda driving the respective winners.
Amanda Turnbull also trained Chumlee to success in one of the Menangle Country Series heats.
The other heat was taken out by Regal Ashes, making it a hat-trick of wins for the Peter Schiller-trained mare.
Both finals will be run at Menangle on Sunday.
Gotta Bewitched took out the other race on the card for Yanco trainer David Eurell.
