The 13-year-old is offering to take photographs for Wagga’s less fortunate families this Christmas.
“She always makes me proud,” mum Marianne Cooper said.
“She doesn’t like seeing people struggle.”
The budding photography student was recently gifted a semi-professional camera from her mother, who admits money is tight but she wanted to give her daughter a chance to thrive.
She approached her mother, who had been working at the Ashmont Community Cente, with the idea and the centre immediately jumped on board.
Bonnie will set up at the Ashmont Community Centre on November 25.
“It really is aimed at people who struggle at Christmas and are doing it hard,” Ms Cooper said.
More information is available from the centre on 6931 3456.
