Southern District chief steward John Davidson inspected the track on Wednesday and gave the track a glowing endorsement.
“It’s all systems go. The track and surrounds are in magnificent order,” Davidson said.
“It’s as good as I’ve seen a picnic track. It’s a credit to the club.”
The track was rated a soft six on Wednesday but has good crass cover.
The club received 13 nominations for the $8000 Picnic Cup with hometown hope The Conqueror at the top of the weights for Harden trainer Robert Leitner.
The fields for the six-race card will be out on Thursday.
