Wagga woman pleads not guilty to using another person's credit card for shopping spree

A WAGGA woman has denied allegations she used someone else’s credit card details to spend more than $8000 online buying goods and donating more than $800 to a charity.

Jessica Wilson, 23, of Kooringal, pleaded not guilty to 21 counts of obtaining financial advantage by deception and one count of possessing identity information to commit an indictable offence in Wagga Local Court on Wednesday.

It is alleged Wilson spent $9420 between February 20 and February 25 this year.

Among the alleged illegal online purchases were a bed and bedding worth $2517, clothing ($1186.40) and two separate donations to the World’s Greatest Shave ($298.70 and $515).

Other alleged purchases included pizzas, online music and buying goods from Woolworths and Target.

The case will return to court on November 23.
