La Choral Francaise will help open the next Wagga School of Arts Production (SoA), April in Paris on October 27.
Director Fay Walters said the choir “will give a special French flavour that will enhance the ambience of the opening night”.
The show stars Jo Darby, who appeared in Shirley Valentine in 2015 and Tony Trench, who played Willy Loman in Death of a Salesman in 2014.
Bookings can be made by calling school office on 69 212 594 or online at www.soact.com.au.
April in Paris is funny yet bittersweet. It’s about a couple who feel lost and trapped in a miserable existence. Their rescue appears in the form of a competition prize that sees them travel to Paris for a romantic weekend for two.
The play won a Laurence Olivier Award nomination for Comedy of the Year and has enjoyed a successful run in London’s West End in past years.
