She is about as much use in parliament as an ashtray would be on a motorbike, or a pork chop in Jerusalem.
The last time she was a politician she said the Indonesians were going to attack us,
We are still waiting.
The press will follow as she sells newspapers, but she will win nothing.
She may have been good at a fish and chip shop but I doubt it.
Just remember, we all came from somewhere.
Even the Aborigines weren’t placed here by God; they walked down some years ago, the only true Australians are the ones we have on the coat or arms.

Control an issue for Hillary, too
HILLARY Clinton is saying that she is the only one who can control things and be trusted to do the right thing and, voting Donald Trump into the White House is akin to letting a fox loose in a hen’s pen.
However, she didn’t display much control over hubby Bill when he made his many amorous sorties into numerous hen pens when he was president.

Appalled by actions of ‘hate preacher’
I AM appalled by the comments of a hate preacher "Saqib Raza Mustafai" claiming that the Jews are enemies of Islam and peace.
I urge the hate preachers to spare our peaceful Australian society.
I can challenge that the present turmoil and instability in Pakistan and other Muslim countries is mere work of such hate preachers.
They not only incite Muslims against people of other faiths, but also against Muslims of the other sects.
All they want is bloodshed and hatred for their political gains and power.
Being a Muslim, it is a condition of my faith to believe in all previous books and prophets, including Moses and Jesus.
Jews are our fellow brethren and human beings. Their respect is every Muslim's moral obligation.
Muslims must learn from the life of Prophet Muhammad, who stood up in the respect of a Jew’s funeral.
On receiving a complaint from a Jew, Prophet Muhammad advised his best friend Abu Bakr to respect sentiments of Jews and not to exalt him above Prophet Moses.

Shut down NT detention centre
WHEN the horrific film of children being brutally mistreated by prison guards at the Don Dale juvenile detention centre in the Northern Territory appeared on Four Corners, like many viewers, I felt as though there were two Australias. One civilized and progressive - the other, a brutal penal colony that existed to punish children for being born into disadvantage and societal neglect.
What was most disturbing was the fact that the instruments of degradation and punishment: restraint chairs, spithoods and tear gas had actually been approved by officialdom for use on children.
Surely the very fact that these items were considered appropriate to facilitate the "rehabilitation" of youth in the NT, demanded the immediate resignation of all who were involved in the decision-making and mistreatment, including the NT government, and the immediate closure of the Don Dale Centre pending the conclusions of the Royal Commission of Inquiry.
