The Wagga Local Health Advisory Committee is seeking more than 600 respondents to tell them how they feel the new hospital does in areas of staff professionalism, patient discharge and emergency room treatment.
The committee’s chair David Kennedy said the survey was being conducted for the first time in years.
“This is the first survey since the new hospital has been built,” he said.
“We want to know things that people think aren’t being covered.”
Information from the survey would allow the committee to act as a “conduit” for Wagga residents, Mr Kennedy said.
“We want to help do what the public wants to see,” he said.
