The $700,000 upgrade of Apex Park in Lake Albert was officially complete on Wednesday.
Two boats can be launched at the same time with the boat ramp size increased from 7.5 metres wide to eight metres.
The extended car park offers more space with 20 trailer parks, two new rigging bays added, four disabled parking bays and 61 car parking spaces.
Works started on April 7 this year and was scheduled to be complete on June 30.
Unfavourable weather conditions prevented a lot of the work going ahead and added an extra three months to the project.
The upgrade was funded by the Wagga City Council and the Road and Maritime Services.
