The Gears and Beers Festival will return this Sunday for the third year and organisers are convinced it will be the biggest yet.
If the 21 degrees predicted for Sunday holds up, organising committee chairman Phillip McIntosh predicts numbers to rival the 3500 from last year.
“We want to put people out in the countryside to enjoy the fresh air then bring everybody back into a festival environment,” he said.
The festival will be held at the Victory Memorial Gardens on October 2 from 11am to 6pm.
Registrations for the five rides of 130, 105, 50, 30 and nine kilometres can be made at www.gearsandbeers.org.au.
