Michael Babic and the entire Pascoe Cup Sharks’ squad has committed to one more season, after winning the minor premiership, and then the premiership.
Three former players, including Justin Curran, will join the charge in 2017.
“I’ll take it all with a grain of salt,” Babic said.
“I’ll wait and see who turns up at pre-season.”
Babic wants depth and is on the hunt for the best in the league after reserve-grade finished last in 2016.
“Guys might think our squad’s settled, and there’s no opportunity for them," he said.
“But if you’re good enough, there’s space.”
