Klemke has ended his tenure as Queanbeyan coach to accept the top job with Canberra Demons for the next two years.
Meantime, former Wagga footballer Jeremy Rowe has stepped down as coach of Belconnen after three years in the job.
Rowe has been replaced by James Bennett.
